A nice warm tea on a cold day is the perfect thing to cozy up with. Adding honey to your tea is a great way to sweeten it up and still keeping it healthy. Try making this warm honey chamomile tea latte at home this fall and winter!

Ingredients you will need:

  • 8 oz of water
  • 2 Chamomile tea bags
  • 1/4 cup of your milk choice
  • 2 tsp of honey
  • Ground cinnamon to top

Tea latte instructions:

  • Boil water and poor over tea bags, let steep for 6 minutes
  • Stir milk and honey together, heat and froth
  • Once the tea has steeped, pour milk mixture over tea and top with cinnamon
