Using honey instead of sugar can make your baking so much healthier and good for your body.

Banana bread is a classic baked good that everyone loves to make. Why not use our honey to make it a little healthier – our honey is perfect for this recipe!


  • 1/3 cup of melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1/4 cup of milk of choice
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 3/4 of flour
  • Options: mix in chocolate chips, chopped walnuts or raisins

Preheat oven to 325 F and grease your baking pan.

In a large mixing bowl mix all wet ingredients together. If your coconut oil is solid, make sure you melt it prior to mixing in.

Add the baking soda, vanilla, salt and cinnamon and whisk to blend. Lastly, add the flour slowly until combined with no lumps! Mix in desired toppings if you would like.

Pour batter into your baking pan and place in oven to bake for 55 to 60 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
